The city of Campeche is tended by forts and bulwarks that were meant to defend against pirates in the 16th century; it is the only walled city in Mexico. These attractions are only a few minutes from the Hotel Ocean View.

• Use and management of biodegradable products in laundry areas.
• Substituting chemical products with ones that are not harmful to the environment.
• Distributing information about environmental conservation to guests and employees.

We are also known for supporting conservation activities in the state capital, helping with beach clean-ups and waste collection, and actively participating in programs that benefit the community.

The airport is 6 miles southeast of the city center. Collective minivans and taxis run between the airport and the city.
