Description

Llano Grande is in the northern highlands of Oaxaca at 10,170 feet (3,100 meters) above sea level, in an ecosystem that is part montane mesophyll and part encino-pine forest. The region has a large variety of wild plants and animals, an especially rich bird fauna, and huge fir and pine trees.

One of the main attractions in this region is the excursion to the Piedra Larga lookout, one of the highest points in the northern Sierra where you can enjoy a rare, panoramic view of the region, ideal for enjoying a spectacular sunrise in a meditative or relaxed state and restore strength.

By nature, Llano Grande is one of the cleanest communities in the country. Here you can enjoy top-quality service and the hospitality of the people, as well as the best typical foods imaginable.

• We have wastewater treatment plants and techniques to manage organic and inorganic wastes.
