Xanadu Island Resort lies hidden on an inviting palm-lined beach, overlooking the Caribbean Sea and the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef. Just a short walk to San Pedro Town, Xanadu Island Resort is close enough to enjoy the restaurants and other amenities in town, yet far enough from the hustle and bustle to be quiet and relaxed.
All 19 of our luxurious condominium suites offer fully equipped kitchens and living/dining areas. Each suite has central air conditioning, cable TV, telephones, internet access, safes for valuables, hair dryers, iPod docking stations, beach towels, and large shaded decks overlooking the ocean, pool and/or gardens.

Xanadu has its own bird sanctuary and reverse osmosis system on site, low-flush toilets in all units, and measures in place to reduce water use, minimize waste, and limit negative impacts on the surrounding areas on and near the beautiful island of Ambergris Caye, Belize. We also use eco-friendly chemicals in our day to day operations and monitor electricity and water consumption.

Of course, you can combine any of the above options (i.e. come over on a water taxi, return via air).
When you arrive in San Pedro, take any taxi from the air strip or water taxi terminal to Xanadu and we will pay the taxi driver upon your arrival.
If you would like us to book your island flights either from the international or the municipal airport, please forward your international travel itinerary and the names of all passengers traveling and we will be happy to do so. For water taxi reservations, please contact Caye Caulker Water Taxi Association, San Pedro Belize Express, or San Pedro Water Taxi.
If you do decide to take the water taxi, please let us know which taxi you will be on and/or what time your international flight arrives in Belize City, so we know what time to expect you in San Pedro and at Xanadu.
